To the family of Jimmy Joe, I just learned of JJ 's passing about 9:00 pm last night. Words can't express the soral I feel for your family. Jimmy Joe was a great man and a great friend. As you know, we all grow up and lead different lives. Jeanne and I moved to Pennsylvania many years ago but never lost our friends. Every time Jimmy Joe and I would run into each other, we would catch up on old times. Now he is in heaven catching up old times with Jeanne. Jimmy Joe will be with you every minute of every day no matter what you do or where you go. When Jeanne passed away a year ago, everyone told me, time will heal the pain. I didn't believe what I was being told. Every time I looked at Jeanne's pictures, I would cry. Now when I look at her pictures, I smile and remember the memories. We all loved his smile and deep laugh.. JJ often flew his plane soaring over his beloved North Creek village and even kept and refinished our favorite childhood ski boat.... " Miss Mercury".. JJ loved to tell tales of frequent hiking adventures climbing many of the Adirondack peaks, yet he still found time to visit his Mom often at the local Nursing Home....
