Mom, it was 7 years ago today that we lost you so suddenly. I cannot believe it has been that long as the sadness is still fresh. I miss you and so does the kids. Please look over us all.

Mom,
You always told me that time went faster as you got older, and now I fully understand what you meant. Two years have come and gone since your passing, and it still hurts as if it were last week. With Mother's Day coming up, you are even more on my mind. I have ordered your Mother's Day gift and it should be with you shortly. I hope that you like it. In the meantime, we are all doing well, and I hope that you are, too.
I'm thinking of you......
Love, Shell

Mom,
It has been going on almost a full two years now, and there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. Sometimes I swear that I can reach out and touch you, or at least pick up the phone and call. Your oldest grandson is getting so big - he'll be 17 next month, and he's learning to drive. Tyler and Taryn are doing so well in school. You'd be very proud of all three of them. They miss you terribly, and so do I. Wish you were here with us.
With all of my love,
Shell

Mom,
Its going on 18 months already. So hard for me to believe. So often I feel that you are close by. I can't believe how often you are in my thoughts still. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you. Seems fairly often that I see someone out of the corner of my eye and I do a double-take thinking that I just saw you. You will never leave my heart.
Love,
Sissy

Mom,
Already a year has gone by. The kids talk to you and speak about you often. Luke just turned 16 and is learning to drive (scary), and is on the JV LaCrosse team at his high school (which I am sure that you know). Tyler is learning to skateboard, and enjoys being outside. Taryn is really blossoming into a beautiful young lady. I remember how happy you were to see her have red hair, and it hasn't dulled a bit. She does get more and more freckles every day.
The kids are happy and growing like weeds. I am so busy with work and school that I don't get the time to spend with them that I want. Please keep an eye out for my little ones while I keep thinking of you every day.
With all my love,
Sissy.

Here it is a year later. That I can't believe. I miss my mom now more than ever. I wish that you could have at least hold Ke'ala, your new granddaughter, at least once. She looks so much like you it's actually funny. I want to let you know Mom that not a day goes by that I don't think about you. You are forever going to be in my heart. And baby Ke will know what a great person you were. I miss you Mom. I know that you are resting in piece and one day we will be together again. With my love always, Ken aka Sonny boy

Mom! Little Tyler has made the honor roll for the first time. Taryn is also doing very well in school, and of course, Luke is fast approaching his 16th birthday. The kids miss you and tell me so often. Truth is, I miss you, too. Even when we weren't speaking, it was nice to know you were there. I wish you eternal happiness and one day, will see you again. Please watch over me and mine.
With my love,
Sissy

Missing you Mom. Wish you were here to help the children with their Halloween costumes. You were always so much better with the holidays than I am. They have decorated the front yard, and I know that you would be proud. The holidays will not be the same with you gone. I love you with all of my heart.

My mom and I may have not always seen eye to eye, but I love her now and for always. She was always there when I needed her, and she will always be close to my heart. I know that my Aunt Lynn is taking good care of her now.
I love you mom. I know you are watching over me and mine. We will be together again. --- Shell
