Over 40 years ago a wonderful friendship came to be. So many wonderful memories of going thru Avon bottles, making rum balls and candy cane cookies, days at the Seminole when you ran that with Fred, Canadian Oat toast(!), my wedding, hours of phone conversations and more. You have been such a steadfast friend and will never be forgotten. Your strength , your drive, your perseverance, love of animals and of course your valiant fight to the end. Miss you already Ginger.

"Hildie" (Ginger)....My friend of 45+ years...you have been one of the most tenacious and brave ladies that I have ever known. You battled your disease with such grace and dignity, and refused to give in to such a potent enemy. You were indeed aptly nicknamed the "energizer bunny", having fought valiantly for over 20 years, never saying never. You will be missed more than you could ever know, and will always be remembered with much love and admiration. Rest in sweet peace, my friend.
