Wow Grandpa, Where do I start? You have probably had the most impact on me as and formed me into the man I am. I remember the great times we shared, like working on putting the engine in the Chevy Luv pickup. Cleaning up the house after Grandma Jackie passed away. Going to the Tacoma dump in the old green Nova and bouncing down the foam road. Working on all of your electronic equipment in the basement. I also remember the times spent at the table going over my school work until I got it right, I used to just want to give up but you kept me focused. I remember the few times I was disciplined, I sure did not like it at the time, but it made me a much better person and kept me from making bad decisions.
I am happy that Mom, Becky and I came to visit you last March, to see my Pal. I regret that you lived so far away and were never able to meet your Great Grandchildren. I'm sure that Jordan, Madisyn, Jensen, and Marcus would have loved their great grandpa as much as Becky and I did.
I will forever miss you and I look forward to the day that Jesus brings me home. Look forward to seeing you on that day. Grandma too.
To Uncle Tom, Uncle Russ and Mom , my thoughts and prayers are with all of you and your families.

GORDON WAS AN IMPORTANT PART OF MY LIFE AS A TEENAGER AND LATER AS A FATHER IN LAW. HE WAS ONE OF THE MOST INTELLIGENT MEN I HAVE KNOWN AND I HAVE ADMIRED HIS COURAGE AND DETERMINATION FOR YEARS. WHEN OTHERS WOULD HAVE GIVEN UP, HE NEVER DID. I FEEL VERY BLESSED TO HAVE HAD HIM BE A PART OF MY LIFE. CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY.

Grandpa, I know that you are at peace now! Give Grandma Jackie a BIG hug from me, I love you both so much! I remember sitting in the rocking chair on your lap watching tv, I'll never forget these times with you!
I Love you! Becky

I have many fond childhood memories of Uncle Gordon; the letters he wrote to me as a child, the tape recorder that he let me sing to, the long talks we had. I am glad that he is finally at peace now and that memories last forever. I am thankful that I knew him. My heartfelt sympathy go out to my Dad and cousins.
