We loved having you around the house, in our lives and on the jobs. And there is a little girl that asked about you the other day, Where is Jesse? Some day when she is older we will tell her the truth I know you will under stand, Jesse.

I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE LOSING ONE OF MY CHILDREN. I AM SO SORRY THAT JESSE WAS TAKEN FROM YOU. IT MAKES ME ANGRY THAT A YOUNG MAN HAS BEEN TAKEN . I REMEMBER ASKING HIM TO SLOW DOWN ONCE WHEN HE DROVE BY MY HOUSE, HE ACTUALLY STOPPED, AND I THOUGHT TO MYSELF HERE WE GO THIS TEENAGER IS GOING TO START YELLING AT ME, BUT ALL HE DID WAS SAY I'M SORRY MR PECUE I'LL TRY TO REMEMBER
TO SLOW DOWN I WOULDN'T WANT TO HURT ANY ONE. I ASKED IF HE WAS TEDDY'S BOY AND HE SAID YES. I SAID TO SAY HELLO TO HIS FATHER AND HE SAID I WILL MR PECUE, WITH THAT HE SLOWLY WENT TO THE END OF MY STREET. AT THE STOP SIGN I HEARD HIS TIRES SQUEEL AS HE HEADED HOME. Josh,
I have been very blessed over the years to not only have my own children but to have had the privlage to have my (ADOPTED) children and yes you all know who you are. You and Jessie and the rest of the kids that have been coming to my home since you were all little know that you are all loved and cared about. Know that I am always here for you if you need me. But most of all what I want you to know is that I love you. Jessie will be missed and was loved dearly by his own family and was also loved by his extended family.
