Obituary of John Jay Bills

Warrensburg: John “JJ” Bills, 47, of Burdick Avenue, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, December 17, 2018, at Glens Falls Hospital after being stricken at his home. Born June 15, 1971 in Lake George, he is the son of Patricia (Prosser) Bills and the late Robert Hayes. He was a loving husband and father and loved nothing more than spending time with his son, Brandon, taking his to his first wrestling match when he was 10. He also enjoyed playing horse shoes, Playstation, and tinkering on anything with wheels, especially cars, as well as country music, the 80’s, and his beloved dogs. Besides his father, he is predeceased by an infant son, John Jay Bills, Jr., grandfather, John “Jake” Prosser, and his dog, Angel. He is survived by his wife, Kelly Bills and son, Brandon Bills, both of Warrensburg; his brother, Carl Bills and his wife, Taryn; grandmother, Gertrude Prosser; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and four legged friends. Friends may call on John’s family from 1 to 2 pm, Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg.
