Following high school she met and married Leonard Ormsby, with who blessed her with two loving children. Elizabeth remained in the Lake Luzerne area, working as a waitress and in food service. He passed on November 7, 2006; the couple’s 30th wedding Anniversary. Elizabeth was a loving wife, mom, grandmother “Mimi”, aunt, sister, daughter-in-law and friend. She loved the Lord with all of her heart and shared of his love with everyone she met. Elizabeth enjoyed living in the mountains, and the changing of seasons; the snow brought the same joy to her as the beauty of spring. She leaves behind a loving family; her daughter, Amy Fay Galando of Arlington, TX; son Paul Leonard Ormsby and his wife Kelly Ormsby of Ruffsdale, PA; her beloved grandchildren, Heather, Sarah, and Jeffrey Galando, and Paul Jr., Brian, Mandy, Amber, Shane, Katie, Bobby and Morgan Ormsby; stepmother, Catherine Hayes of North Creek; sisters, Doris Guilder, Wanda Jean Hayes and Connie Wood; brothers, Francis Hayes and Carl Hayes and his wife, Ann; along with several nieces and nephews, and extended family members.
