Obituary of Patrick M. Monroe

Greenfield, NH Patrick M. Monroe, 17, passed away, Monday morning, April 16, 2007 at the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH following complications from a lifelong battle with Duchennes Muscular Dystrophy. Born October 10, 1989 in Glens Falls, Patrick and his brother, David were raised by his paternal uncle, Owen Monroe and his wife, Phyllis of Warrensburg. Patrick enjoyed watching his soaps on TV and listening to rap music. Survivors besides his guardians, Owen and Phyllis Monroe and his brother, David of New Hampshire, include his aunt Joyce Carawan of Georgia; his adopted sisters and brother, Victoria Monroe, Susan Innace, Julie Norton, Erica Hayes, Jonathan Monroe, Heidi Monroe and Savannah Monroe. Memorial services will be conducted 2 pm Saturday, April 28, 2007 at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg with the Rev. Dawn Robbins, Pastor of the Warrensburg First United Methodist Church officiating. Friends may call on his family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
