Jan,Cathy, and families, What would North Creek have been without this wonderful woman being a part of it? Not much! So very sorry for your loss, as I know firsthand how hard it is. Those of us who knew your Mom were so very lucky. She was a true Gem who gave her all in everything she did, and gave tons of care, and love to so many during her life! She will be missed. George grew up with Tudy & Jim in NC. They were dear freinds.i was always a joy to visit Tudy at her home when we visited in NC.The catholic church lost a great organ player when she could no longer do it. She was such an asset to the community. Her last years were not what she would have wanted.God give her rest with her beloved Chuck.

Growing up as a kid up in the adirondacks i had the good fortune of being part of wonderful family which included my aunt Tudy. As a lad my brother John and i spent many a week-end helping our Dad build his camp on the brook start the day we would have breakfast at our Aunt Tumps and Uncle Harolds home in town. After a full day of striping boards and pulling nails(which our Dad reused) and of course feeding the blood sucking bugs, we would jump in the brook with soap in hand and then proceed up the mountain to our Uncle Chucks and Aunt Tudys home for a meal. Tudys cooking and Chucks wit and storys are memories i will always treasure and reflect on to this day.
Its hard to put into words what thier love has meant to all of kids, but to Jan, Scott and Kathy, know our thoughts are with you all. I so hoped to be there for you as you were for me and mine during our dads memorial, but due to hard times in the construction industries, it just isn't possible.
We were all trully blessed to have had the great fortune and pleasure to have shared Tudys love.

As the Irish saying goes.. " To know Tudy was to love her..."
Phil and I were married on Oct 27th,1973. That day was also Tudy's birthday and she always told me how happy she was to play the organ at St James on her birthday and also on our wedding day.
We sure will miss the cute winks she gave us from the church choir loft when she spotted us attending Mass at St James thruout the following years..
I am sure Tudy is catching up with Chuck and the rest of the North Creek Crowd in heaven as I type this..Kay Arsenault used to refer to Tudy the "Pillar of St James Church!!"
Tudy...Till we meet again..Say Hi to everyone (especially John Ordway )from all of us!!

Cathy, Jan and Scott, We are so very sorry to hear that your Mom has passed away. The death of a parent, regardless of the age or circumstances of it being expected or not expected, is one of the worse realities that we have to experience. I would be so happy to help you with any of the chores or errands that you will be needing to get done and would be honored if you just ask. Take care and know that so many people have loved your Mom. With my prayers and love, Donna

When I think of Aunt Tudy so many wonderful memories come to mind. Family gatherings at her house, listening to her play the organ in church, and a smile that could light up the room.
But one of my fondest memories was a few days after my mother passed away. Aunt Tudy pulled me aside and told me she saw a rainbow that morning, and she knew it was mom smiling down on us from heaven and that she would always be my guardian angel. To this day, everytime I see a rainbow I think of my mom and Aunt Tudy. Now I know they will both be looking down on me together and that makes me smile.
My heart goes out to the family at this time. I am so sorry I can not be there with you.
Love,
Marcy
