JOHNSBURG: Howard E. Tucker Sr., 89, of Johnsburg, NY, peacefully departed earth and into the arms of the Lord and his parents.

Howard was born on December 7, 1934 to Gordon and Alta Tucker. Due to Gordon's early passing, Howard considered Fletcher Beadnell his father figure. Howard married Evelyn P. Morehouse on November 25, 1959.

Howard, a Navy Veteran of the Korean War, served his country with honor. Following his military service, he dedicated many years of his life to working as a cook for Warren County Highway. In his leisure time, Howard found joy in traveling to Maine, where he cherished moments of clamming alongside Richard and Roberta. Additionally, he delighted in traveling with his children and grandchildren, creating cherished memories together.

In Heaven he was greeted by his parents; sister Rose (Al) Daniels; brothers John (Brenda) Beadnell, Danny Weatherwax; great-grandson Carter Tucker and soon to be son-in-law Moe Lescault.

Left to cherish Howard’s memory is his wife Evelyn Tucker for 64 years; sons Howard (Sherry) Tucker Jr., Jon (April) Tucker, Todd (Tiffany) Tucker; daughter Lisa Frasier; grandchildren Andrew (Mackenzie) Meyer, Jon (Brandi) Tucker, Nikole (David) Tucker, Sunnielee Tucker, Mikle Tucker, Jerrid (Megan) Tucker, Brandon Frasier, Grace Tucker, Gionni Barba; great grandchildren Lacey, Mikle, Duane, Ryan, Jocelyn, and Paige; sister Ida (Milo) Barlow. Many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and his beloved dog Maggie.
