Obituary of Ora L. Cole

Warrensburg:

On August 22, 2023 Ora “Leah” Cole, was called upon to receive her wings and soar with the angels.

Born November 30, 1962 In Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Barbara Crawford.

Leah attended school in both Schenectady and Burnt Hills.

Later in life she planted her roots in Warrensburg where she bought a house and spent the remainder of her life with her partner in crime and soulmate, Ronald Ippoliti, who has been by her side for the last 18 years.

Leah Enjoyed camping and being outside in her yard surrounded by family and friends.

In her down time she loved making memories with her children and her grandchildren, at the table coloring, doing puzzles, or watching movies with them.

Leah enjoyed road Trips whether it was on a motorcycle or riding in the tractor trailer with her son.

She would always talk about seeing the ocean and all of the big mountains.

Leah was known for being the life of the party. She had an infectious smile and laugh that could turn anyone's day around.

She had a love for elephants and took pride in her unique collection of knickknacks that she had well over a hundred of. She would always tell people that if the elephant had its trunk up that it stood for good luck

Leah is now the guardian angel of her surviving family members including her sisters, Melody Baldwin, Beverly Sleight, and Charmain Ranson; her children Jay Conway, Sean Richardson, and Bradley Richardson; her many grandchildren, Izabella, Wesley, Jaylynn, Marissa, Breahna, Aubree, Peyton, Lenox, Annabell, and soon to be granddaughter Madelyn; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She has been reunited with some family such as her mom and dad, her sister, Fonda Armer, and her grandson, Brentin Conway.

At Leah’s request, there are no calling hours or funeral services scheduled. She didn't want people to mourn the loss of her, but rather celebrate her life.

There will be a gathering to celebrate her life in the near future.
