Obituary of David Michael Gregory

David M. Gregory October 25, 1946 – May 29, 2022 OLMSTEDVILLE: David M. Gregory died at the age of 75 on May 29, 2022, losing his battle with cancer. He was a graduate of Newcomb Central School. He then trained as a laboratory technician at Glens Falls Hospital. Uncle Sam called him into the army where he served his country for 20 years. During this time he was sent to several overseas assignments including, Korea, Alaska, Germany and 2 tours in Honduras, in addition to several state side posts. Dave liked the outdoors. He enjoyed taking his family camping, fishing, target shooting, and hiking with his guns in hunting season. He also enjoyed feeding the chipmunks making them take peanuts from his hands. He also loved his cats. Dave was predeceased by his parents Clarence and Helen Gregory; his 3 sisters Diane Gregory, Kathy Gregory and Shirley Bean. Dave leaves behind his wife Karen (Faulkingham) Gregory of 48 years; his three children Joel Gregory, Mathew (Tina M. Smoot) and Tina C. Gregory; his two brothers Michael and Bryon Gregory; four grandchildren Ian, Isabella and Sebastion Gregory and Tristyn Gregoy and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Dave’s family from 1pm – 2pm, Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg. A service will be conducted at 2pm. Interment will be held at 1:30pm, Friday, June 10, 2022, at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY.
