Giles Bueford Jennings Sr.
April 5, 1942 – April 2, 2022
THURMAN – Giles Bueford Jennings Sr. was born April 5, 1942 in New River, VA and died April 2, 2022 in Athol, NY.
As a child, Giles lived in Thurman, he graduated from Warrensburg Central School in 1961. He then went to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK majoring in industrial arts. After college he returned east and began his teaching career in NJ, retiring in 1993. During his career he was named Teacher of the Year. After retirement, Giles, moved back to the Thurman area in 1996 and built his forever home.
At his request there will be no services conducted.
