Obituary of Jeff Duell

Hoosick Falls: Jeffery S. Duell, 52, passed away peacefully, Monday, May 24, 2021 at Brigham and Women’s Medical Center following a courageous battle with Covid-19. Born July 27, 1968 in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Karl Duell and Mary (Sutphin) Duell. Jeff was a very loving father who devoted many hours teaching his children custom construction and body work. He loved everything outdoors, including camping, and fishing. Jeff made sure all involved ate like a king. He took great pride in taking care of himself and others. Wherever Jeff was, he left a smile on everyone’s face. He was always ready with a joke and a goofy face. Jeff took a lot of pleasure in leaving his mark wherever he went. Even with his tough exterior he was still the first to give you a great big hug. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Casey Fish, Joshua Arnold, Dylan Runewicz, Brett Duell, Derrick Duell, Keaten Duell,and Jeffery S. Duell II (that we know of) His only daughter, Molly Duell. Sisters, Denise Bolton, and Tanya Duell Luker Coleman, brothers, Terry Duell, Kent Duell, and Dexter Duell. His nephew, Aries Bolton, a niece, Ciera Bolton, lifelong friends, Thomas Bolton, Joanne Hardwick, Amanda Vernum, Michael Wilkinson as well as many other treasured friends. As hard as it is to say goodbye, we are comforted knowing Jeff was met with open arms in the Kingdom of Heaven by his mother, Mary. Friends may call on Jeff’s family from 1 to 3 pm, Saturday, May 29 at the Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg.
