Our condolences. Every time while driving through town, I would see Phil walking. Not knowing his name, we would call him Mr. "Walker" for obvious reasons. I did get to speak to him on occasion when he would walk Pack Forest (always friendly and happy) and asked him his first name. Not knowing his last name we referred to him as Phil "Walker". When seeing him drive through town, I would tap the horn to him, he would always wave back. We will miss that.

Phil was so sweet and friendly. He would always call me by name and smile as he walked by. He was a local artisan and very gifted. Our community is small, and we have last another angel to heaven. John and I wish to send our sincere condolences to his family.
