My thoughts and prayers go to all the family. Peggy was a really special person, her radiant smile and quick wit, I think from Grace, brought smiles to me and others. Peggy had the unique ability to bring people together with joy and laughter to resolve problems and issues . I will never forget the horrible accident on 28 N. While trapped in the car she brought humor to the situation, asking me to go back to my nearby home and bring her back a drink. Peggy may you rest glorious peace.
