Obituary of Bryan J. Mott

Bryan J. “Bubba” Mott, 53, of Glen Creek Road, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, June 13, 2016 after being stricken at work.
Born December 9, 1962 in Oneonta, he was the son of the late James and Margot “Marty” Mott.
He attended school in Cherry Valley, before enlisted in the United States Navy.
Bryan was an avid outdoorsman, who had a passion for hunting and fishing; he was a proud fishing guide on Lake George for many years.
Bryan worked with his father-in-law, Jerry Cameron for many years doing construction throughout the area, before going back to work at Green Mansions.
In addition to his parents, Bryan was predeceased by his grandparents, Doris and Lester Mott.
He is survived by his three children, Courtney (Maine) Marino of Tampa, FL, James L. Mott of West Palm Beach, FL, and Cassandra Mott of Thurman; a step-son, Jack Moulton of Glens Falls; one grandson, Giovanni Joseph Marino; sisters, Robin Mott, Liz Mott, and Belinda Mott; half-brother, Michael Mott. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call on Bryan’s family from 2 to 4 pm, Monday, June 20, 2016 at the Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will immediately follow the visitation at 4 pm, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of a random act of kindness in Bryan’s memory.
