Warrensburg:
Jacksene Corriveau, 15, of Moose Ridge, passed away unexpectedly January 12, 2016 in his home.
He was born in Haiti on August 10, 2000 the son of Jacques Jean-Baptiste. He was adopted and came to live with James and Beth Corriveau in the summer of 2009. He was enrolled at Warrensburg Central School.
Jacksene was well-known by his peers for his athleticism in soccer, football, baseball, wrestling, and basketball. He was also quite talented at snowboarding, bonfires, and Sriracha application. If eating were a sport, he would be a champion of that too.
More than anything, Jacksene was so incredibly loved. His infectious smile could brighten any dark day and his hugs were warm and prized by all lucky enough to receive one. Jacksene loved God, his friends, his family, the ocean, brightly colored socks, and above all things, steak.
He will be sorely missed by his parents James and Beth Corriveau, his sisters Laura, Lindsay, and Aubrey, and his brother Dante. He also leaves behind a large and loving extended family and many close friends.
