Obituary of Audrey L. Fish

Lake George: Audrey Lorraine (Senior) Fish, 80 of Lake George, passed into the arms of our Lord, Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Audrey was born March 28, 1930 in Newport, RI. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Harriet (Streeter) Senior. Audrey grew up in Newport where she met and married her husband, Eugene C. Fish of Lake George. After a couple of years, Audrey and Eugene returned to the Lake George area where they raised there family and lived many enjoyable years. In addition to her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Fish. Audrey leaves behind her five children, Grant Fish his wife Carolyn of Lake George, Glynn Fish of Lake George, Garnette Haanen and her husband, Mike of Glens Falls, Geraldine Hurley and her husband, Mark of Granville, Gail Wells and her husband Naylor of Warrensburg; her brother, Cliff Senior and his wife Mary of Newport, RI;10 grandchildren, Grant, Glynn and Garnette Fish of Lake George, Nadine Wells of Queensbury, Sadie, Lottie and Naylor Wells of Warrensburg, Erica and Jared Hurley of Granville and Briana Hurley of Queensbury; three great grandchildren, Gwendoline, Abigail and Hunter and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 4 pm, Saturday, February 12 at St. James Episcopal Church, 172 Ottawa St, Lake George with the Rev. Julia McPartlin, Rector officiating. There are no calling hours scheduled. Audrey will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband in the Evergreen Cemetery at a time to be announced in the spring.
