Obituary of Claudette M. Cain

Warrensburg: Claudette M. Cain, 65, of formerly of Library Ave., passed away peacefully Monday, May 18, 2015 at the Adirondack Tri-County Health and Rehabilitation Facility in North Creek following a long illness. Born April 14, 1950 in Buffalo, she was the daughter of the late Doris Cain and her step father, David Reynolds. She graduated from Chestertown High School in 1970. Claudette went to work at C.R. Bard in Queensbury for 26 years. Most recently she enjoyed working at the Warrensburg McDonald’s for many years before retiring. Claudette loved her classic muscle cars, including 68 Dodge Charger, 74 Olds Cutlass 442, 74 Camero. Her last enjoyment was her 1993 Buick Riviera. She loved watching all sports on TV, especially her Buffalo Bills. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three aunts, Ruth Soto, Jean Smith and Blanche Gonzales; half sister, Deborah Millington; her maternal grandparents, Deo and Lucille Cain. Survivors include dear friend (adopted family), Aileen Baker, Shelia Curren, Tom Robbins; cousins, Ellen Martin, Laura Rafferty, Marie Allison, Sue Baker and Jimmy Reynolds; and many cousins in Buffalo. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be conducted 2 pm Friday at Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Claudette’s earthly remains will be laid to rest in the near future beside her beloved mother, Doris Reynolds in the Warrensburg Cemetery.
