Joe was a one of a kind person. He always had a warm smile. He was gifted with a knowledge of Building Construction on a Large scale. I can only imagine that God will use him to lay out and construct a new city in His Kingdom. He is sure to work with Solomon & Noah on this as he is in their caliber. Joe will be sorely missed by all. He was a "Great Man" whom we all loved dearly.
