Marion M. Warnock, 99, of Brooklyn and Trout Lake Village, passed away peacefully, Friday, October 16, 2015 at The Pines at Glens Falls.
Born October 10, 1916 in Brookline, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Ellen (Daunt) Duffy.
She married John “Jack” Warnock who passed away in 1989.
Marion loved spending her summers on Trout Lake, and enjoyed passing that tradition down throughout her family.
She is survived by her two sons, Jeff Warnock and his wife, Ann, of Exeter, NH; Greg Warnock and his wife, Janet, of Brooklyn. She also leaves behind five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
At Marion’s request there will be no calling hours.
A graveside service to will take place at 11 am, Wednesday, October 21 2015 in St. Cecilia’s Cemetery, Hudson Street, Warrensburg.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations in Marion’s memory to the New York Firefighters Burn Center Foundation, 21 Asch Loop, Bronx, NY 10475.
