Joyce I. Bentley, 63, passed away Sunday evening, March 8, 2009 at the Glens Falls Hospital following a long illness.
Born March 21, 1945 at the family home in Bolton Landing, she was the daughter of the late Ken and Marie (Bennett) Russell.
Joyce attended Bolton Central School and worked for many Resorts in Lake George and Bolton Landing.
She loved spending time with her family especially her sister, Vera.
Besides her parents, her son, Kevin Dunkley, brother, Donald Russell and her sister, Vera Washburn have all predeceased her.
Survivors include her son, Bret Dunkley of Alaska; two brothers, John Russell of Pottersville, Bernard Russell of Bolton Landing; and many nieces and nephews.
Her family requests that no calling hours be scheduled and that services be private and at the convenience of the family.
