Obituary of Mary Ann Gangsaa

Warrensburg: Mary Ann Gangsaa, 65, formerly of Brooklyn, passed away peacefully, Monday, December 19, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with cancer. Born March 30, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Eleanor (Quinn) Huber. Mary lived her last seven years with her loving and devoted husband, Reidar in their own Heaven on earth in the Adirondack Mountains. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Ellen Huber Brew. She is survived by her beloved husband, Reidar Gangsaa of Warrensburg; children: Joseph Calcavecchia, Krista Gangsaa and her husband, Jesse Giron; Thomas Gangsaa and his wife, Jessica; and Eric Gangsaa and his wife, Stella; grandchildren: Amanda Gee, Jesse Giron, Jr., and Ava Gangsaa; brother, Michael Huber and his wife, Pauline of Ft. Worth, TX; along with several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Mary’s family from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 am, Thursday at St. Cecilia’s Roman Catholic Church, Main St., Warrensburg with Fr. Paul Cox, officiating. Rite of Committal will follow in St. Cecilia’s Cemetery, Warrensburg.
