I am a friend of Laura and Lynn, Mr. Juckett's daughters, whom I love them both dearly and have felt their pain over the past several months. Their father is at peace now and is no longer suffering. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the girls and the other family members. Although I did not know David Juckett, personally, Laura told me all the wonderfulness about him.
Peace,
Karen

I didn't know David personally, I know his daughter Laura. Based on the fact that she's one of the kindest, funniest, and wonderful human beings I know, David must have been a wonderful man. I lost a mom to cancer a few years ago and know the void it leaves. I wish your family peace and happy memories.

You don't know me but I knew Dave for many years. His first wife taught my late wife Terry Williams Smyth how to drive. Then in 1990 I started working at Sandy Hill and we were again reconnected. We played some golf together and I loved his sense of humor. He's was one of the few people I've known that could tell you a boldfaced lie and you would believe it. I am traveling now (in Memphis) or I would have come to Dave's wake. He was a great guy. My sincere condolences.

I'm very saddened to hear of David's passing. I have fond memories of our high school years playing basketball at his house. Dave used to borrow his Dad's car to go to football games (the only car with push-botton windows!) I had a very nice chat with Dave at our last class reunion in 2004. A truly "nice" guy.
