My sincere condolences to everyone left behind. I worked for Carson for many years. He was a true gentleman and friend. I for one will always remember him for his colored pens used to correct accident reports which of course meant that they had to be completely done over. Rest in peace Carson you earned it.

Sorry for your loss. Wish I had known him sooner...we followed similar paths. I, too, was at the County for some time. More importantly, I was in the USCG from '59 to '63 and followed similar paths; Cape May and Groton, for instance. Semper Peratus, my friend. Nick Caimano, RM2 Veteran, USCG

Carson was a man of his word. If he told you something, take it to the bank. Respect is earned, everyone respected his honesty, “if you tell the truth, you never have to remember a thing.” A life well lived.

My heartfelt sympathies to Carson's wife, siblings, and extended family. Remember hearing a lot about him from Don and Aunt Alice Parker whenever they and my Dad, Gordon Cameron (Don's cousin), visited together. Am sorry I never had the chance to meet him, but I know from many who had interactions with him that he was a fine gentleman. Will be keeping the family in my thoughts and prayers.

It's with deepest sympathy that we read about the passing of Carson. We are so sorry to Sharon and pray for peace. I pray your memories of happier times bring you peace and console you. He was a wonderful man, a great neighbor and the best boss any woman could have ever had! We will really miss seeing him drive by, in the parade and just his presence. God bless his wife and family. Sending prayers!
