Torrington, CT and Stony Creek: Eileen K. McKeough, 69, of Torrington, CT, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, October 5, 2013 after being stricken at the home of her brother, Joe in Stony Creek. Eileen was in town with close friends for the World’s Largest Garage Sale. Born September 14, 1944 in Rockville Centre, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Eileen (Robinson) McKeough of Floral Park and Stony Creek. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her daughter, Diane E. Hance-Schuler, granddaughters, Erin M. Schuler, Emma, Alyson, and Kate Hance. Eileen leaves behind three sons, Warren, John and David; two brothers, Joseph and Michael; her sister, Kathleen Doerrie; and grandchildren, Byran Schuler, and Melanie, Kasey, and Willa Hance. Friends may call on Eileen’s family from 12-2 pm, Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg. A graveside service will follow the visitation, in the Knowelhurst Cemetery, Stony Creek where Eileen will be laid to rest next to her beloved parents.
