My beautiful brother, I am finding myself once again converting back to this book to speak to you. Your 49th birthday has passed and year three of your death has gone by as well. I so wish that I could hear your voice just one more time. Your presence is with me everyday with the beautiful doves that you send in memory of yourself and Darlene. They perch on the power line every morning in front of my house as I am leaving for work, it is like your way of telling me you are ok and are with the ones that have passed before you, I take comfort in that. I love you so very much and I miss you more then I can ever express in words. I pray that one day you and I will be together again, until then your memory lives on strongly in my life. RIP my dear brother.....I LOVE YOU!!!!!

My Dear Brother,
It doesn't seem like it has already been a year. My heart still is in so much pain. I just can't believe that you are gone and that I will never see that beautiful, smiling face or hear your voice ever again, I still call you. Please come to me and let me know that you are safe and are well and in no more pain. I love you and miss you so very much, I will never get over this, you were what kept me going in life, all of our talks, you put a smile on my face everytime the phone rang, we were twins, we were suppose to grow old together. I am sorry I wasn't home more often,I remember our trip to get the BBQ grill last time I was home for Mom and Dad's anniversary, we had fun. We always were doing something stupid. I miss you, god only knows how much he has taken from me, he has his reasons though. I can only hope that you are now my beautiful guardian angel, I know you are you have answered every prayer I have sent to you in the last year. Save a place for me, dear one, I want your face to be the first one I see when I get there. I will hold you deep in my soul, in my heart, until we meet again, my love is forever with you....I love you my dear brother. Always, Your Sister

Dear Alice and Lee and all those friends and loved ones who are in great pain & heartache at this time. I just want to let you know that I do know how you feel and my heart aches for all that you all are going thru right now. This is something that you will never get over and its not to be expected as you have your right to mourn; in your own fashion whatever that may be. I will tell you that the loss you feel at this moment in time will get somewhat easier with each new breath you take; as I know from the loss of my own son. No one can understand the pain unless you have been there. My prayers are with all of you and remember the memories will stay in your heart always and help to pull you thru this. Remember what a wonderful person he was to everyone and God "only" takes those into his home that are the best. God has great plans for him beyond our understanding and we will not know until we go to Him and we meet together in that beautiful place He has prepared for us called Heaven. May God be with you all in your darkest moments until you can see the sun over the horizon. With great Love and Compassion Betty

I met Chris at Big Bay a year and a half ago. He welcomed me with open arms! That was the kind of guy he was. He touched the hearts of everyone that walked into his life. I was devastated when I heard the news, it was like losing a family member. He was always there when I needed him, no matter what. I will never forget the memories of the good times we shared at Big Bay. He was the backbone of the house; if something needed to be done, he did it, even if he didn't want to, without question. I will miss the phone calls from wherever he was just to say "Hi". I will miss all the times we laughed about nothing at all, just for something to do. To Chris: I love you forever and always, you will always hold a special place in my heart. I will see you again my friend, and you better have that awesome music on.

Goodbye Chris, my Forever Friend. When I got the news I was devastated. I miss our cigarette chats already. But I had a vision of seeing you in heaven again. You were sitting there relaxing and playing your music. And you would say "Hey Louise, do you remember this song?" And I would say "Yeah, Chris I do, but I haven't heard that in a long time". And then, you would turn to me and say "you know something, we must really be in heaven, cause Joes's not here to turn the stereo off". And then we would laugh, like we did at Big Bay. I'll never forget you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you now. Chris was a wonderful person and he will be missed by many. I will always remember him watching Jay when he was little while we all went to a water park. He took Jay shopping to Walmart and of course Jay did not come out empty handed. That was the kind of person he was. Please let us know if there is anything you need in the days ahead.
