Obituary of Timothy A. Randall

Warrensburg: Timothy A. Randall, 62, of King St., passed away on Friday, April 1, 2011, at the Glens Falls Hospital, following a brief illness. Born November 26, 1948 in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Leo Van Randall and Dorothy (Dalbey) Randall Bodkin. Tim attended South Glens Falls High School and later began working for SCA Tissue in South Glens Falls where he remained for 40 years. Tim enjoyed music. His favorite bands were The Beatles, KISS, and Queen. He was a very talented artist and loved to draw comic book characters. He enjoyed watching movies, particularly classic horror and old gangster films from the 30’s and 40’s. Above all, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son, Timothy A. Randall II. He is survived by his children: Kristy Vecchio and her husband, Alan, of Fort Edward; Heidi Schempp and her husband, Chris of Indian Lake; and Chad Randall of Warrensburg; his grandchildren: Christian Rouleau, Avery Vecchio, Adrian Vecchio, Julia Schempp, and Marley Schempp; his brothers: Leo “Chub” Randall of California, and Patrick Meyers of South Carolina.
