I was Kathies roommate for a few years and when she moved back to New York i was very sad because not only was she my best friend but my son,s second mother. she would call her mother about twice a week and i would talk to Mrs. Studnicky she was always so sweet even when i joked and complained about kathie, over the years i grew to love Mrs. Studnicky and was so very sad when she passed away. i will be so sad that i won;t get to meet her but one day we will all meet again and she will be there along with all our loved ones this we have to have faith in, God Bless all of you and know your mom was special to alot of people even way down here in Texas!

I did not know Katherine, but I met "Kits" father, Katherine's husband. Wonderful people and I'm the better for it.
Her daughter is a great reflection of her mother. When I needed help her daughter who I call "Kit" helped me when others would not.
In my darkest days she was there. Her mom would should and would be proud. Thank you Katherine for children that you gave us.
