Donna and family, I am greatly saddened by Lou's passing. Lou was a great friend during our time working at BOCES. He was always a person I could rely on for advice as well as a good laugh. As our Union President, he did his best for all of his people. We had many good times throughout the years and these will not be forgotten. I am grateful for the wonderful memories he has left me with. RIP Lou.

Lou was introduced to me by my husband and served as his Best Man at our wedding. A kinder, funnier, person I have not known and he gave the best hugs! He will be sorely missed by many and will remain in our hearts. We have not seen him for years but think of him every day because the wedding gift he gave us hangs prominently in our home 38 years later. Heaven is illuminated more brightly because of his presence. Love, Trisha and Bill.
