Our deepest sympathy to Frank and family. Norma was a lovely lady and a lovely person. Both Norma & Frank were active, contributing citizens of Gouverneur.
I did not know Norma, or Frank, but I am good friends with Lynn and his wife Ellen. Lynn possesses many talents, a can do attitude and a strong work ethic that he must have got from his parents. Norma and Frank did a good job of raising Lynn to be someone who is honest and who makes a difference.
