Obituary of Patricia Ann Muskus

WARRENSBURG:  Patricia A. Muskus, 74 years old, passed away on January 19, 2026 at her home.

Patricia was born on May 19, 1951, in Glens Falls, NY, to the late Pete and Ella Mae (Terrell) Wood. She grew up in the Warrensburg area, where she began raising her family at a young age.

Patricia worked as a waitress for most of her life, forming lifelong friendships at restaurants such as Brew & Stew, Mountain Country Diner, and Hometown Skillet. She met the love of her life, David Muskus, and the two were married until his passing on June 1, 2025. They would have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this past January 1.

Patricia enjoyed crocheting and all kinds of crafts, liked to gamble in her younger days, and most of all loved being with her children and grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband David Muskus, Patricia is predeceased by her daughter Saprina Lynn Dingman and brother Dusty Wood.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Charles Dingman of Thurman; Robyn Barlow of Thurman; Anna (John) Barton of Warrensburg; and Charlene (Shawn) Sherman of Thurman; her stepdaughters, Sahsha (Tyler) Christie, Sondra (Ben) Waterbury, and Lara Muskus, all of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Jordan Dingman and her partner, Wayne Bewster, of Indian Lake, Jeremy Barber of Thurman, Cassandra White, Zach Mosher of South Glens Falls, Hunter Mosher of South Glens Falls, Logan Christie, Benjamin and Kinsley Waterbury and Adriana Muskus all of Connecticut; several great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a special grand doggie Monster along with her dear friend, Dorothy Wood.

A graveside service will be held in the spring.
