WARRENSBURG:  Rickie R. Bartlett, 69, of Warrensburg, NY passed away on December 18, 2025 at Glens Falls Hospital.

Rickie was born on March 1, 1956, to the late Andrew and Wilhelmina (Pierce) Bartlett. He was employed for many years at Echo Lake Camp and R.J. Sweet Lumber Company. Rickie enjoyed fishing and was a familiar face on the baseball and softball fields in Warrensburg, where he proudly served as an umpire for many years. In his later years, Rickie made his home at Countryside Adult Home, where he spent the past 18 years and thoroughly enjoyed participating in its many activities.

In addition to his parents, Rickie was predeceased by his siblings, Gloria Farrell, Catherine Needham, Carol Hall, and Andrew G. Bartlett, as well as his infant son, Richard Andrew Bartlett.

Left to remember Rickie are his children, Jessica (Harley) Smyth, Joseph Bartlett, and Ashley Clark; his grandchildren, Parker and Blake Smyth, Alexis Walters, and Devin Clark; the mother of his children Jessica and Joe, Edie Bartlett; his sisters, Joan (Bruce) Hathway, Cindy (James) Mahler, Laurie Viele and her significant other, Dan, and Patricia Bartlett and her significant other, Jerry Perry; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rickie’s memory may be made to the Activities Department at Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885
