Obituary of Philip D. Goodman

QUEENSBURY: We celebrate the beautiful life of Philip Deward Goodman who passed away on December 6, 2025 surrounded by love.

Phil was born on April 21, 1957 and lived a life filled with joy, love, and family. He cherished his wife, children, grandchildren and the Johnsburg Jaguars. 

He leaves behind his loving wife, Anna Goodman, his children; Christopher Davis and his husband Jeffrey, Michele Davis, Carrie Goodman, Elli Goodman, Kasie Winig and her husband Jeremy, his beloved grandchildren Jesse, Richie, Joshua, Asher, and Decker and a legacy of leadership, sportsmanship, mentorship and dedication to community and family. 

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Johnsburg Central School Extracurricular, 165 Main Street, North Creek, NY 12853 with “in memory of Phil Goodman” in the memo line.

Friends may call on Phil’s family from 4pm – 7pm, Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg, NY. Burial will take place in the spring of 2026 at Warrensburg Cemetery.
