Obituary of Jane A. Fuller
WARRENSBURG: Jane Russell Fuller passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 3, 2025.
Jane was born to the late Henry Russell and Virginia Santolin in Warrensburg, NY on April 24, 1939. As a lifelong resident of Warrensburg, Jane left school early to pursue employment at the former Warrensburg Shirt Factory. Starting out as neighbors, Jane quicky fell in love with the love of her life, Earl Gordon Fuller. They were happily married on June 7, 1958. Jane and Earl built a wonderful life together and soon grew their loving family, proudly welcoming sons, Bruce and Wayne. In 1972, The Fuller Family relocated to their home on the hill on East Schroon River Road, where they created more wonderful memories that the family still cherishes to this day. Jane also treasured precious time with her loving husband, Earl, with whom she shared nearly 50 years of marriage, until his passing on August 10, 2007. They enjoyed hosting annual Thanksgiving dinners for the whole family, tending to Earl’s revered garden, and creating lasting memories during their cross-country road trip.
After ending her employment at the Warrensburg Shirt Factory, Jane became employed as a customer service extraordinaire at Clyde’s Pharmacy and then Baker’s Pharmacy, both formerly in Warrensburg. Jane then became employed as a bartender at Scotty’s Motel in Lake George, NY, where she dedicated nearly 30 years. In her later years, she worked at Rosie’s Diamond Café and then Prospect Mountain Diner & Lighthouse Café. Jane truly enjoyed her final employment years working under the late Art Leonhardt and Pat Humphrey. Her longstanding employment in the restaurant business coupled with her bubbly personality helped Jane cultivate lasting relationships with customers who became lifelong friends. Wherever Jane went, her friends followed.
In her spare time, Jane enjoyed tap dancing under Florence LaPoint and she was also a dedicated member of the Lake George Bowling League. At the age of 62, Jane went back to school to pursue her G.E.D., an accomplishment that makes her whole family still proud to this day. Above all, Jane cherished all the time she spent with her loving family. Jane and Earl were blessed with three wonderful grandchildren, Anthony, Dakota, and Bianca. Jane was also the proud great-grandmother to Cruize, whom she referred to as her extra blessing.
Along with her loving husband, Earl, and her parents, Virginia Santolin and Peter Santolin, and Henry Russell and Jeanette Russell, Jane was predeceased by her in-laws, Alice and Herb Fuller. She is also predeceased by stepsiblings, Pauline and Paul, many aunts, uncles, and very dear friends.

Jane and her family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the care Jane received from The Glens Falls Center, and the compassionate care from the staff at Glens Falls Hospital including Dr. William Tedesco, Dr. Jeffrey Greenhouse, ICU nurses Karrah and Carly, and Glens Falls Registered Nurses and beloved family friends, Taylor and Jeremy Russo. Jane’s last message she wanted to convey before reuniting with her beloved Earl, “Many many thanks to everyone, I love you all.”
At Jane’s request, there will be no calling hours or funeral.
