FORT ANN:  Thomas H. Sellingham, 65 years old of Fort Ann, NY passed away on September 14, 2025 at the Granville Center in Granville, NY.

Tom was born on November 30, 1959 in Glens Falls, NY to the late Thomas Sellingham, Sr. and Judith Shaw. He grew up in Hudson Falls, NY and worked in construction and roofing.

Tom was a proud son of the American Legion. He enjoyed building ship and car models and had a love for western movies, especially The Rifleman series. Later in life, he took up needlepoint and was quite the cook. He had a sweet tooth for cookies—especially Oreos with a glass of milk– and loved spending time fishing, hunting, camping, and enjoying the outdoors.

Besides his father, Tom is predeceased by his sister Deborah Ford; nephew Tyler Sellingham and best friend Robert “Teak” Templin.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Judith Shaw; son, Thomas (Cynthia) Sellingham; significant other, Kathleen Whaley; stepdaughter, Heather Fowler; grandchildren, Stella Haviland, Beverly Haviland, Lilliana Sellingham, and Jacob Sellingham; sister, Diana (Bill) Pelitier; brothers, John Sellingham, Daniel Sellingham, and Timothy Sellingham; as well as several nieces, nephews, and his best friends, Mike (Carol) Baker and Tobias Shiek.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 4pm – 7pm at the Hudson Falls American Legion. Please bring a dish to share.
