Sending deepest sympathies to all the family. Sue was a patient who became a friend. I was one of the lucky recipients of a homemade quilt which I treasure. Recently saw Sue at my sister Margaret's retirement party in Bolton and is was such a happy visit. She was a warrior and it was an honor to know her. Sending you all my love and prayers.
