Obituary of Donovan R. Bowers

BOLTON LANDING:  Donovan R. Bowers, 39, of Bolton Landing, NY, passed away on July 24, 2025, at Glens Falls Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Donovan was born on December 6, 1985, in Coshocton, OH, to Billey and Christy (Croskey) Bowers. He graduated from high school and earned a vocational certificate in welding. Donovan went on to build a career in the fabrication and welding industry, eventually moving to Bolton Landing in 2019. There, he established his own business, Ironman Custom Welding, and was also employed at Haun Welding Supply.

Outside of work, Donovan had a passion for music—especially playing guitar—as well as shooting sports and riding his Kawasaki Street motorcycle through the scenic roads of the Adirondacks.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Billey and Christy Bowers, and his brother, Brandon Bowers, all of Ohio.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
