WARRENSBURG:  Henry L. Pelletier, 80 years old, formerly of Morrisonville, NY, passed away on March 2, 2025, at Glens Falls Hospital.

Henry was born on July 9, 1944, at home on Hardscrabble Road in Olmstedville, NY, to the late Lester and Evelyn (Wells) Pelletier.

Henry graduated from Pottersville Central High School in 1962. After high school, he attended Albany College of Pharmacy and graduated in 1967.

Henry’s first job after pharmacy school was at Kinney’s Drug Store in Canton, NY, where he worked full-time and filled in at Fay’s Drug Store on his days off when needed. He remained there for four years. After accepting a position at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh, NY, Henry moved to Morrisonville, NY. He worked as a Clinical Pharmacist and Night Manager Pharmacist for 35 years before retiring.

He lived in his home in Morrisonville until 2017, when he moved to Countryside Adult Home in Warrensburg, NY.

Besides his parents, Henry is predeceased by siblings David Pelletier and Yvonne (Ruben) Monroe and brother-in-law Leonard Ely.

Henry is survived by his sisters, Florence Ely of Hebron, NY, and Mary (Mike) Eddy of Thurman, NY; his sister-in-law, Jane Pelletier of Cleveland, Georgia; and several beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Countryside Adult Home for their care, kindness and compassion.
