I’d love to share how much I, and my late Joseph W. Pelkey Sr., enjoyed play country music throughout the years with Billy. He put his heart and soul into playing and it really showed. We had a lot of fun times, especially at Ken Winslow’s Annual Music Fests & Fish Fry’s during the summertime in his back yard!
Joe would call Billy periodically and they would just talk their hearts out…..
I will miss seeing him around….
