Frances H. Rowell, 81, passed away peacefully, Monday, May 10, 2021 at Stonerise Nursing Facility.
Born January 22, 1940 in North Hampton, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Ramsey) Rowell.
She worked for Interim Healthcare as a Home Health Aide for many years. She loved painting and gardening. She used her green thumb to raise money for a new green house at the nursing facility.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by, her longtime companion with whom she resided, William J. Little and a sister, Jackie Cavanagh, as well as her faithful service dog, Kahlua.
Left to cherish her memory are her four children including her daughters, Belinda Moore, of West Virginia, Nancy Rush of Illinois, Bridget Hewson of Tupper Lake, and 6 beloved grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 11 am, Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in Hagaman Mills Cemetery, S. Pawling St., Hagaman, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Stonerise Martinsburg Nursing Home for the memorial plaque in her honor in the greenhouse.
