Wilda K "Billie" and I grew up in Bakers Mills together. We were in the same classes. She always had a lot to tell us and keep everyone laughing. Chuck and Billie were made for one another. We must remember the great times.

Billie K was a pistol when I was growing up. Generous to a fault but wouldn't let you get away with any crap either. We will not be able to attend the service as our youngest daughter's graduation party is that day. We give you our deepest sympathy and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Billie was a unique and special lady who left a distinct impression on everyone who met her-she was one hard-headed Adirondack Woman! When God made Aunt Billie He truly broke the mold, there will never be another like her. So many memories of growing up with you all, i've always thought of her as my second mom.
