Mary Jo and Jon, my thoughts and prayers are with you. What a hard year for you. I want you to know your Mom and Dad were so proud of you both. We had many wonderful visits about our children ,as all mothers like to do,when we get together. I will tell you, "You were loved," as you well know !
Your mom was one of the finest," ladies", and definitely a lady, I have ever known. She always had a smile and a good word about everyone. I am so proud to have had her for a friend and loved when your dad would call and ask me to sit with her when he had to go someplace. I will always remember those visits. She was a person who could make you a better Christian, just by being with her. There is no doubt she is in Heaven.
She would tell us all,"Don't be sad, I am with God and Bob."
