My heart filled with sadness and my eyes with tears when I heard of your mom’s passing. Although I had not seen her in years I thought of her when reminiscing of years past. I always remember your mother’s smile and energetic laugh and mannerisms. She always made my family feel welcomed, loved and relaxed in her home. She really made the world a brighter and happier place to be. With loving memories in my thoughts and grief in my heart I send you my sincere condolences.
Love
cousin Sue

Girls, I am so sorry about your mother. I only found out this morning about her passing.. I don't get the paper unfortunately.
Winnie and I go back to the '60s when she was doing Friendly... we used to have a "neighborhood" party at nearly each house on the street. Many fond memories of her friendship, and her lovely smile.
May God give you comfort and peace in knowing that she is in a better place and you will see her again in the fullness of time.

In the short time that I came to know Winnie, I quickly learned that she was a spirited Adirondack Woman in the most classic sense! I will miss her feisty spirit. On behalf of everyone at Hudson Headwaters Health Network I extend my sympathies to her devoted daughters and their families.

I have just seen Winnie's obituary and was sorry to see her gone.
Many years ago when we lived in Trippy's house, she and Mickey were very good to us. Also when Bob was Democratic Committee for Warrensburg( also many years ago))they held their meetings at our house so either Mickey or Winnie, and sometimes both, came.
We have become isolationists her on the hill so we haven't seen her in quite some time but then she has been mentioned many times while reminiscing.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.
Cynthia

Colleen and Family, I have many happy memories of the 70's when your mom and dad spent a lot of time at my parents' house. Winnie was very easy to talk to and very humorous. She had a good spirit. She will be missed by many. My condolences to you and all your sisters and families. Love, Candy
