Dear Family, I'm sad to read about Kathy's passing. She was one of the finest patrol officers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know. I worked in Civil during her time there and I'm happy we got to know each other. It is sad to read of her passing at such a young age. Memories are made from the little time we have here on earth and it keeps us alive in the hearts of our families. She will be greatly missed. God only takes the best from us so quickly. RIP, Kathy! God bless the loved ones she has left behind.
