I am so sorry for your loss. David was very special to me , as we had many "Guys nights" , the 2 of us going out after school. We'd go see a new scary movie and then head out for wings at a restaurant afterwards. We did this often , and we always had a good time.
I can recall meeting him for the first time. He had just moved into the residence in Lake Katrine the day before , and I came over to the house for a visit over summer break. He had seen my Halloween t-shirt and we immediately bonded over that. I've been around him a lot during his time with UCP , and I just wanted to say it was a pleasure to have worked with your son. He was a great guy and he will always be remembered at our school

Dear Owen and Phyllis,
I am so sorry for your loss. Please be assured that David will always have a special place in my heart. It was a pleasure working with the 'Monroe brothers' while at Easter Seals, they kept it fun. I will never forget the late night entertainment of Pat yelling down the hall to Dave, and Dave yelling back. I also will always remember the movie, the ice cream, the Gamestop, the dinner, and the mall trips. Dave always knew exactly what he wanted to spend his money on before he even paid. after he left Easter Seals, we missed his presence, but we managed to stay in touch. He always was quite the ladies man!
My thoughts and prayer are with you.
Sincerely,
Kathleen Neun

Our deepest sympathy for your loss. It was a pleasure working with Dave at Easter Seals. We will miss our road trips to New York, taking Dave out to eat and going shopping. He truely touched our hearts and will be greatly missed.
