I am so sorry for your loss. May "the God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) comfort and soothe your heart. His promises, found in the Holy Scriptures, can offer much hope. It assures us at John 5:28,29 that our loved ones will be remembered and brought back to life in the resurrection. Please allow God's Word to strengthen you and help you to endure this most difficult time.

Doris Baker was the kindest lady anyone could ever meet. She was my hero and my great grandmother. She means so much to me. If anyone needed anything from her and she didn't have it, she would find a way to give them what they needed. She was always so giving and loving and cared so much about others. I remember when we used to sing Christmas carols together, she never had the greatest voice and she knew that and was okay with it. I would laugh and she would laugh with me and say, "What? You don't like my singing?" She always knew how to make me laugh. Anyone who knew her, was lucky to have had such a wonderful person in their life. She was always such a giving person and could never give enough. I love you Grandma VERY much!
