Diamond Point:
Norman M. Finkle, 76, of Coolidge Hill Road, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, April 13, 2013 at his home with his loving wife by his side.
Born November 15, 1936 in Bolton Landing, he was the son of the late Clifford and Alma (Weaver) Finkle.
Following his graduation from Bolton Central School in 1953, he began working with his brother in the family business, Finkle’s Plumbing & Heating.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Robert Finkle.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Eleanor Finkle of Diamond Point; his sisters: Shirley Ford and her husband, Robert of Worcester, MA; Joyce Scafidi and her husband, John of Stow, OH; his brother, Horace Finkle of Diamond Point; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call on Norman’s family from 10 to 11 am, Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at the Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg.
A funeral service to celebrate his life will follow the visitation at 11 am at the funeral home with Father Thomas Pettigrew, Rector of Church of the Holy Cross, officiating.
Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Lake George.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Bolton EMS.
